Nova & Opie — the dynamic duo behind our adorable German Shepherd puppies!

Nova is the beautiful, devoted mama who keeps everyone on their toes, while Opie is our handsome, lovable dad who is convinced that every visitor has come specifically to admire him. Together, they make quite the team—and apparently, they decided the world needed a few more German Shepherds with their good looks, big personalities, and just a tiny bit of mischief!

Keeping the German Shepherd True to Its Purpose

These words capture the foundation of what we strive for in our working-line Shepherds. We believe the German Shepherd is more than a beautiful dog—it is a breed built to think, move, work, and connect with its handler. While color and appearance may vary, true quality comes from sound structure, stable temperament, intelligence, and the ability and desire to work. Our goal is to honor the breed’s history while raising German Shepherds that are capable, confident, and devoted companions in both work and family life.

Working Line Structure

Working-line German Shepherds are bred with an emphasis on athleticism, strength, endurance, and functional structure. They typically have a more muscular, powerful build, a strong back and topline, and balanced proportions designed to support movement, stamina, and an active lifestyle. Their structure reflects their purpose as capable, versatile working dogs while still maintaining the intelligence, loyalty, and beauty that make the German Shepherd so special.

German Shepherd Colors

German Shepherds come in a beautiful variety of colors and patterns. Some colors are recognized within the breed standard, while others are considered non-standard simply because they fall outside the accepted color guidelines for conformation.

Standard colors can include black and tan, black and red, black and cream, sable, solid black, and bi-color. German Shepherds can also be seen in unique non-standard colors such as white, blue, liver, panda, and Isabella.

While color may make each German Shepherd unique and beautiful, we believe what truly matters is health, temperament, structure, and the loving home they become part of. Every German Shepherd is special in their own way, and we love celebrating the wonderful variety this breed has to offer.
